Horrible , Horrible having you waiting don’t do proper treatment and unprofessional swabbing patients nose in front of other patients no privacy . Came in with my son for chest pains who’s special needs they don’t care they will have you waiting we’re both sick also, was there 5 hours no communication barely with the doctor for results telling us, we had to wait again !

I had to wait outside for twenty minutes standing in a line to get in. They use the waiting area as a triage area. I was in a lot of pain so that it was really crappy. They told me that they accepted Tricare but they aren't actually in network so I got hit with a big bill, after the fact. When I asked questions in the app about my bill (their preferred communication) I was given no response after three messages but they just sent to collections!

Unfortunately you have to give 1 star minimum so I guess the emergency room is worth that. I sat there 5 hours with my 9 year old daughter who had been bitten by a stray dog, she was bleeding and in a lot of pain. In the 5 hours they have her ibuprofen and x-rayed her finger and that's all. I took her in and waited til 3:30 am to just up and leave because I could have just given her meds at home, I wanted her to have medical treatment instead they threw some pain meds and forgot us. If I could give zero stars, I would. The nurses working at 11pm-12am on 9/16 are rude and need to work on their customer service. I've been in the emergency room for 7 hours with my 10 year old son. This is ridiculous. We completed XRays over 2 hours ago and was told that it shouldn't take long to get the results because the Xrays were already done. Why does it take so long to get the results? After 7 hours, I decided to leave because my son has to get some sleep before school tomorrow. So I asked if I could get the results ... read more

I could have chosen any hospital in the Inland Empire, and I'm glad I picked RUHS for a neurosurgical procedure. I was hospitalized for 5 days and had excellent inpatient care. My outpatient lab and radiology experience has been superior as well.
