We've done business with Riverside Trailers for over 10 yrs. Good prices and great repairs. The owner really isn't a touchy/feely kind of guy but he's is fair and honest. So if you're real thin skinned and need constant affirmation, he may not be for you. Otherwise, if you just want your trailer fixed right, this is where you want to be.

Didn't even go in for service because I tried to call to see if the tire I needed was in stock. Someone was helping me tell the owner kind of tire i needed and the man yelled at me saying he wouldn't talk to two people at once before he hung up on me. He was very rude and it was an unpleasant experience.

I have delt with riverside a few times in the past with no problems. I have even purchased equipment from them, but this last experience did it for me. I went to riverside about a height issue with my trailer, they suggested that another axle would fix the problem. I told him that I would probably be back the following week to get it installed.
