We were there for a couple of years. Initially, very clean and quiet. The manager then was nice and attentive. At the end of our stay, the complex had a sad and dirty look, never gardened, raked or cut back ivy, etc. we had rats in our garage who ruined thousands of dollars of belongs and equipment. The carpeting was new but they used the old padding and all the stains on that padding came right up through the carpeting. Initially, we were happy there but the lack of upkeep and rising rents was ridiculous.
Too many speed bumps why would someone live here
I found a water bug was in the corner of my roof. I tried to vacuum it, but it was too big that it didn't go in. But we don't have to worry about mellisa anymore, because she moved to Texas and quit her job.
A year ago I would have given the place three stars. But the new manager, Christina is quite possibly the most unprofessional human being I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. She's smug, rude, and condescending. She's rarely in the office on time and frequently out before the office is supposed to be closed. Perhaps it's because the person that does her hair closes at a time prior to when the office is supposed to be closed. Could be why she never answers phone calls, either.
