Suites are a little smaller that what I have been accustomed to using Wyndham. Based on the historic age of the building and it being on the Riverwalk, it was a nice place. The computer system used at check in was the old "dos" system and was a little disappointing. Staff was very polite and helpful. Didn't like the fact that we had to park about a block away and pay to park ($12/day). ST THOMAS HOTEL ON 300 BLOCK OF TRAVIS – Not acceptable at all.First time in the city and i was very disappointed.The walls,carpet bathroom and pool was below par.I was a scout for a possible entourage come this summer.Definate NO.Over priced although the staff were fairly pleasant for this experience. Walked throughout the city tonight and found better choices at Hyatt,Best Western or even Holiday Inn down the street.Only positive was Governor Arnold's picture at the reception.
