Went in to mount 2 front tires. Tire technician, instead of handling tire with due care, manhandled and scraped my two rims, forgot to put back tire caps, didn't inflate one of the tires to spec. Overall sloppy. I addressed the damaged/scraped rims to manager same day, manager said he would look at the video but never called back.
I’m providing feedback because I’ve had a great experience with your shop before, but this visit was very disappointing. When I arrived, the employee who initially helped me smelled strongly of alcohol. I don’t know if he had been drinking, but the odor raised concerns about professionalism, and the overall interaction felt unprofessional.
