I had my very first treatment (standard pedicure) just a few weeks ago. Didn't know what to expect, but it exceeded my expectations for sure. The front staff, specific shout out to the absolutely delightly Asian young woman with the British accent, has a real ease, with customer service. She was warm, intelligent, friendly and spot-on with how to address the customer.
