Barbara is by far one of the most amazing person we've met! You guys are lucky to have her! She was personable, warm and attentive to detail.
The quality of the house is not good, door handles keep coming off, roof gets damaged after every intense storm with high winds, and this house is only 5 years old. Richcraft only cares about the quantity of homes they build not quality. Go with HN Homes or any other builder.
Bad customer service by Liz, she caused alot of drama over me being registered online for advertisement to not pay commission to my agent then she laughed at me when I said I will buy from HN homes and said "go buy from them, they wont pay commission". I dont regret buying from HN homes, one of the best builds. Richcraft is bad build based on comments below and horrible customer service by Liz. You're here to sell homes, not to showcase an inflated ego.
