Recently I had Riverside Towing come to my home for a dead battery. Jeff arrived in record time (on a Sunday) and promptly diagnosed the issue. Fortunately he had a new battery on his vehicle and was able to install in record time! Jeff was extremely professional & helpful. Thank you Albert & Jeff. 5 Stars!!!!
Had to get my car towed after an emergency on the highway. Frank was the one who got it drive-able for me so I could complete my trip. He was responsive and courteous. He took time to explain what went wrong and what my mechanic needed to do to fully resolve the issue when I got back home. If I had to land anywhere in a pinch, I'm glad it was here.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! We can’t say enough good things about Riverside Service from start to finish!! Yesterday, we had a major issue with our car where the brake fluid leaked out and we had no brakes as we were returning from a trip. Last night my car overheated I called for a tow and riverside mike cane fast it said 60-90 mints but he came in 15 also frank at riverside service who is fixing my car looked at it this morning and called me with what was wrong and told me the price witch was more than fair and he said it will be ready by the end of the day they are amazing and I highly recommend for people to use them you will not be sorry Danielle Russo
