I have had only the best experiences at Riverside, and most recently, with Frank. I was very anxious about an issue with my car, and I needed it fixed quickly. Frank went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. He advocated on my behalf with the manufacturer in order to get everything squared away as quickly as possible. I felt that he really cared about helping me out. I had a breakdown during rush hour and they got me via AAA Ap. The driver Slavo was more than courteous. He brought me to the shop, explained the process and even brought me to the local train so I may make it home to my family. Truly down to earth awesome group of people. Happy I found this location , truly. Thank you guys
Never ever use their service. Their driver in their tow truck tried to run my family off the road then tried to do it again and cussed out my kids. When I called the owner he acted like it was my fault or my problem. When you hire idiots that road rage in your company vehicles it looks bad on you. Watch the footage from your own truck and you'll be disgusted at your own employees.
Came to pick-up my neighbor's car and caused extensive damage to my landscaping. I was incredibly disappointed to call to voice my concerns and then they instantly denied it and said "they'd look into it" Never got a call back and was given the runaround despite several messages. Would think twice before working with a business that puts profit above all else
