Danny was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The review was higher but had to lower. They made a mistake and removed my water heater exhaust pipe. This can cause CO2 poisoning and have yet to fix it. This happened on 6-23-2025 and updated this review 9-10-2025. Will not update the review until they fix thier mistake. They worked really hard to get contracted but drag their feet to fix a mistake.
Called Riverside Restoration and received a quick call back. They did my roof after storm damage. Worked with Quinton and he was very professional and quick to return calls or messages. Did a great job. Would recommend them.
Sales person was great and terrific working with insurance. Helped me with choosing color and color is perfect. Wish I can give them a 5. It started out well. But communication fell off. Showed up in drive with dumpster without warning. Told me it would be two Or three days before roofers came and they would call. No one called -6 am wake up to Roofers on my house. Bailey came out for an estimate for my roof because of hail damage. Was very professional and thorough. Worked with my insurance to get things covered and was a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to all to work with and will use again in the future.
