Thanks to Riverside Restoration LLC, I have a new roof and gutters with some facia replaced. Blair was amazing and stepped in quickly when my insurance initially decided that they would only pay for repairs rather than replacement of the roof. Blair sent pictures to my insurance company with evidence of major hailstorm damage to not only the roof but to the gutters. Terrible Communication skills , Started my Mothers home done roof never finished Fascia have been promised over a Month its going on 3 months no show was paid up front she's 91 years old and keep asking when will they show back up. This is ridiculous
My representative, Ashley, did a great job of helping start the process with the insurance company. She was very knowledgeable, personable and always available for questions and maintained great communication throughout the process. The work was completed quickly, site left very clean and the roof looks great!
