Did amazing work on my roof fast and easy
Jason made getting my new roof and all the repairs done very easy. He did a very good job of helping me with the process of my insurance and getting everything filed. I am very happy with how the roof looks and would recommend Jason and Riverside Restoration to everyone.
Took roughly a year going back and forth to get my roof done. Multiple employees quit during the process making it last much longer than it should. Also, they tried to over charge us at the end and we had to provide them the contract with the amount we were supposed to pay before they agreed to bring down the price.
I was skeptical about working with another local company because I had recently almost got scammed. So I scheduled an appointment to get a roof inspection and Shawn did the inspection. After the inspection I was told and given a direct number to Samantha in their claims department. They sent inspection quote in to insurance company. Since then they have been very unprofessional without returning calls, her direct number goes to voicemail all day.
