We called and Trent Sarchetle came out quickly to inspect our house. He was very informative, quickly noted all the damage and helped us file a claim with Farmer's Insurance. He did a very impressive job. The roofers came quickly and did a superb job fixing our roof and gutter downspouts. They also did an excellent job cleaning up the yard after they completed the work. We highly recommend Riverside Restoration if you need your roof repaired. Thank You to all involved. Craig Vara
I highly recommend riverside restoration for roofing or any repairs needed. Bailey is super nice. He has fully explained everything in detail and has been super helpful since day one of giving me my estimate and we have communicated atleast once or twice a week since then with either updates from insurance company to coming out and doing temporary repairs until final numbers were calculated.
Avoid this company. You will wait months for your work to be completed. I contracted them to replace my roof and repair damage to my bathroom in March 2025. As of August 2025 I am still waiting for the bathroom repair despite being promised many times that they would, "get their guy out next week ". I have paint chips falling from the ceiling and now mold is trying to develop, which my insurance company will not cover. I'm not able to cover the added expense either, so it appears a small claims case is my only option now. I ... read more
I definitely recommend Riverside Restorations. Ashley is so professional and went above and beyond the call, her team was so respectful and did a wonderful job. She even went up on the roof with the insurace adjuster to make sure all damage was assest and covered. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again in the future.
