It's been a loooong time since I've felt this racially profiled in my life! This was absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed at in my life and I'm almost 40. If you are any other race other than Caucasian or Asian, it's probably best you stay somewhere else! We booked an rv pad for extended stay. Every staff member I interacted with was so kind. The rooms/cabins were a good size, came in super clean, beds were comfy, and had everything we needed for our trip. Thanks for housing us!! We are super grateful!!!

5 stars from me! I accidentally booked for the night after we were due to arrive but Gail kindly allowed and assisted me to change my booking even though I made a non-refundable booking. We stayed in one of the Family Condos. It was modern and in perfect condition. It had a full kitchen where we cooked pizzas bought from the onsite store. Would definitely recommend.

Less than desirable experience at the Riverside Resort. I made the booking for a split-level condo with two queen beds directly with the hotel through their website via email. Upon arrival we were put in another accommodation that had one queen and two single beds. When speaking to the manager I was told we were "upgraded" We were with a large group so when speaking to everyone else about pricing I was shocked to know I had paid DOUBLE what everyone else paid and did not get what I made the reservation for.
