Perfect getaway for families with young kids. There's cabins, condo, rv and camping spots. The larger units have firepits in the back. There is a pool and large water slide. They have mini golf. On site convenience store. Short drive to the beach and the town. Our second time here, the service improved a lot from last time.
This place is awesome The campsites along the river were very quiet My kids love the waterslides & pool the store is packed with everything you could ever need In House ice cream parlour was a huge bonus
Cheap place, sketchy people staying there. Cold water in the swimming pool. Extremely noisy. Very small bathroom. The AC broke down because it was turned off in one suite and it actually stopped working in all 4 suites connected to each other. Not a good place to go on vacation if you want to relax.
Edited review below* We’ve booked here two years in a row, The first time we booked, our room had a heap of dog hair in it, which was promptly cleaned by the team, but still the room should have been cleaned first oh well all is forgiven that was fixed. the second time unfortunately, this time will be our last time. from the moment we got there we asked for the AC unit in the master bedroom and the hot tub in the backyard that wasn’t working to be looked at. three different people came to look at it Each had a different answ... read more
I had a few minor things I was a bit of a Karen over, however I can say after a bit of a delay, I went back with my concerns after being ignored,and was greeted by the sweetest woman working the store and front, who personally came and took care of my issues immediately. Without her this review would have been much different, she obviously values this place very much, and is one heck of a worker for being in her 60s.
