Horrible living environment. The owner, John, is a complete bully. He pushes his weight around on the seniors he is supposed to be supporting. He is having electrical, plumbing and regular construction done on the building without proper permits and without using qualified contractors. Extremely overpriced for the low quality provided, staff is great but the owner needs to be looked into. I am completely embarrassed that my parents live here. STAY AWAY

My husband and I looked for a place for his 90 year old grandmother that was close by our home. I researched retirement places, and Riverside Residences had everything she needed for independent living. I liked the fact that the website was very transparent with pricing and amenities. Wonderful community that really cares! Christine the Director knows all the residents and goes above & beyond. All the staff is so friendly. The location on the water is great, walking distance to shops & restaurants, some rooms have river walk or water views.

Riverside Residence is one of the most unique and wonderful Supportive Living facilities in the county. They truly go above and beyond for their residents. We truly enjoy the partnership that we have with them.
