All the staff was wonderful. I had a right leg amputation and Physical therapy and Occupational therapy both pushed me to do the tasks they asked of me. I am so grateful they did as I use those skills at home learning how to live a different life. Everyone should be lucky enough to go there.

This place is amazing! We had to transfer my mom from a different rehab center because they were mistreating my mom. She arrived at Riverside and we were immediately impressed. All of the staff were welcoming, polite, and caring. Unfortunately we had to spend Christmas at the rehab center, and the workers on staff were still amazing, despite being away from their families. I can't recommend this place enough.

Rehab is great. PT and OT. I would suggest that they teach their therapist to not rush to judgment and file unfounded APS referrals. Rather than reach out to the family to discuss an “issue”, he fills out a report with false information from the get go. Never even met us, and never even tried. So with that being said, the one star is due to the therapist making a problem where there wasn’t one…. The patient had been in multiple rehabs , also hospitals, and never a concern. This is top notch people! If you have a loved one that comes out of surgery and needs rehab rehabilitation acute you have got to go there. My father was in this rehab and was sent to the hospital for a week. They did everything they could coordinate at work so that he would get out and come back there. They were so kind and caring right on top of things. And all the state of Virginia of hospitals for rehab. This gets 100 stars and they deserve more.
