I called to inquire about their services for a loved one and was hung up on. It made no sense as all I did was return the greeting to the person who answered (Leah) and introduce myself and she immediately hung up. I called right back thinking maybe it was a mistake, but then she did it again after I said “hi Leah, I just called a second ago and somehow we got disconnected.” Maybe they’re not accepting new patients or just get a lot of spam calls, either way bizarre behavior when you have people at a very low point in life c... read more

I've had nothing but good experiences here.
I can’t speak highly enough of Riverside. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. The counselors are amazing and really try to work with you. They have a lot of group options which made it easier to balance my treatment and my other stuff. They took time to answer all my questions and concerns and worked with my probation too. Highly recommend!!!!
