I currently attend IOP at Riverside. I absolutely love it. They are the only treatment facility in Spokane that allows you to choose the group day & time to attend, and not be stuck with a schedule every week. They do their UA’s in the office, so it’s a one stop shop. Monica is my counselor and I highly recommend her. She has helped me a ton with gaining the coping skills to navigate recovery.
Staff are incompetent and unprofessional. Can't voice you opinion, don't ask questions, if you do they'll claim you are making demands. So if you wanna know about your treatment, you better hope it comes up because they won't answer your questions. Voicing opinions or asking to many questions will make them just not want to deal with you and they might terminate your treatment with them.
