Never been here and they send me a collection notice
Never been here in my life! Not sure how my bill(s) been sent to collections, seems like this issue has been going on for years. Extremely shady business, should be investigated.

Riverside Radiology does not return phone calls—I’ve left messages twice with no response. Its billing service in Pennsylvania cannot answer questions and simply refers callers back to Riverside Radiology’s internal billing department—the same group that never calls back. If this is how management handles patients’ concerns, I can only hope patient care is not managed with the same level of incompetence.
