I paid my $36 bill back in February. Still keep sending me bills to pay even though it shows cleared on my bank statement. When i call the office I guess people from over seas. When I ask to talk to a supervisor, no one is available and I have to leave a message. I've left 4 and no call back. Now I'm being sent to a collection agency. Looks like I'll be contacting the BBB.

Wow such rip offs! Bill was paid in full by insurance and now were getting debt collectors saying we owe interest on the bill

Contacted me saying I had an outstanding bill but did not provide a means to pay it. I contacted their billing department repeatedly and they claimed they had no record of me as a patient and couldn't retrieve my information via data of birth. No idea what I'm supposed to do or why this is happening; happened over months span. Judging by the other reviewers I guess this may end up in collections despite my repeated efforts here.
