They have a terrible billing practice. Called to set up payment and the failed to follow the agreed upon method and later sent collection notice would not recommend this company.
Not sure why they even are sending me a bill. Kch read my ultrasound and billed me completely. This is a double bill for the same thing just a different company... they dont even have the correct insurance information. Seems like they're double dipping.
Second verse - same as first. Same story as Mike's above. Received bill from office where images were ordered/taken, never received bill from Riverside Radiology. It is not my responsibility if they did not receive the correct billing information. A complete and utter lack of care on their part. Ask your provider to find someone else to read and report on the images.
