They shut down my electricity without any notice.. they sent a letter dated 9/04/25 and due date is 9/19/25. They turned off my electricity 9/12/25 (Friday) . Saturday 9/13/25. Their office hours are from 8am till 12:30 pm. I called customer service at 8:30 am. I was on hold for 2hrs. The messages kept saying wait time is greater than 30 min.. them called again using my other phone. At 10:45 spoke to someone. Andshe said that customer service are close due to maintenance and she can help me send someone within couple of hrs.... read more

Why we only have one choice for an electric company we should be provided more than just one I don't know who runs this utility company but I know one thing they do not care about the customers they will not work with you they will not provide you a payment plan they do not have any assistance programs to help if your low to moderate income they will shut your water off and not give you any notice when they by law have to give notice of past due account your bill must be 60 days past due before disconnection look up sb 998 t... read more
I just bought an house here a few months ago and missed a utility payment. They turned off my power on a Friday so no power all weekend and with a holiday on Monday so no help until Tuesday? This feels like a lawsuit to me. I called and called to pay and they said no one can help me turn it on until Tuesday since they don’t have access to turn on without a customer service person from billing. CRYSTAL the phone receptionist needs to get INVESTIGATED and FIRED ASAP! Super rude over the phone she showed no sense of on sympathy on a 104 degree weather day. I moved from one place to another and my electricity got shut off unexpectedly she hung up the phone call and I called again talk to another receptionist and they where able to help us out no problem. I will be filing a formal complaint with her managers.
