I just bought an house here a few months ago and missed a utility payment. They turned off my power on a Friday so no power all weekend and with a holiday on Monday so no help until Tuesday? This feels like a lawsuit to me. CRYSTAL the phone receptionist needs to get INVESTIGATED and FIRED ASAP! Super rude over the phone she showed no sense of on sympathy on a 104 degree weather day. I moved from one place to another and my electricity got shut off unexpectedly she hung up the phone call and I called again talk to another receptionist and they where able to help us out no problem. I will be filing a formal complaint with her managers.
