Probably a 3.5, but that isn't an option so I'll round it to 4 stars. Darilyn is very friendly and responsive. We were messaging her about a couple of things, and she got back to us quickly. We stayed in the Riverside Loft, and paid extra to reserved the lower level as well for more privacy. However, there were still members of staff that would go in and out, which was concerning since that wasn't communicated beforehand. I loved the loft.
