Lisa in labs was so sweet and wonderful. I'm very needlephobic and have incredibly difficult to stick veins. She took only a few seconds to find and stick me. Les than a minute and all my blood work was drawn. In my entire life, that was the easiest and most peaceful blood draw I've ever experienced. Thank you, Lisa!!
This clinic accused me of misconduct to staff and abruptly expelled me from the entire practice. This is a clinic that refuses to accept responsibility for literally dismissing their patients needs and concerns. I am not the only patient who has reported this kind of treatment from both the clinic and NP Keith.I came into the clinic experiencing symptoms both physically and psychologically after losing the last of my prescription while on vacation. I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this office and will not be returning. While the Physician Assistant who saw me today was professional and I had no issues with her, Nurse Practitioner Bisnauth was not even involved in my treatment, yet I overheard her and the LPN laughing and talking about me in the hallway during my visit. I have never felt so vulnerable and alone in my struggles with my mental health like I do after being seen in this office. Today I left there feeling like my depression and anxiety isn’t as important as others. My diagnosis and mental health problems were compared to other severe health problems. And im not gunna throw their names on here because im not trying to bash on anyone with this review.
