Nurses and doctors are great. Front office is TERRIBLE. I have also been trying to get a SICK appointment for almost a month now and they can never “get me in.”
Lisa in labs was so sweet and wonderful. I'm very needlephobic and have incredibly difficult to stick veins. She took only a few seconds to find and stick me. Les than a minute and all my blood work was drawn. In my entire life, that was the easiest and most peaceful blood draw I've ever experienced. Thank you, Lisa!!
This clinic accused me of misconduct to staff and abruptly expelled me from the entire practice. This is a clinic that refuses to accept responsibility for literally dismissing their patients needs and concerns. I am not the only patient who has reported this kind of treatment from both the clinic and NP Keith.I came into the clinic experiencing symptoms both physically and psychologically after losing the last of my prescription while on vacation.
