I purchased a used Softub hot tub on FB Marketplace only to find out the motor was not a factory motor and would not heat the water. Steve was able to replace the motor with a factory motor, and replace the inline GFI for less (about $1,200) than the repair center in Rochester quoted me. Steve really knows his way around the Hydromate motor ! Excellent customer service from Catherine (she took many calls from me) and in store service from Madison! They set me up with the right chemicals, tested my water and our Softub is up ... read more
