BUYER BE WARE! I only wanted my pool replastered but instead he came onto my property, without permission, installed unapproved items and forced me to pay $8,750 by bullying me and threatening a lien on my property. I was not home at the time and wasn't aware he uninstalled my items and took them. When asked to undo his work, as it was not approved, he refused. Do not go anywhere near this business as he is a scam artist.
This business is a sham. He quoted for stone and coping repair and then said the stone wasn’t included. They were only here a day and a half and didn’t sand the coping as quoted. A really poor job and then he raised the quote. An example of bait and switch.
Not very friendly. I stood there for 20 mins and nobody asked if I had been helped. Meanwhile I saw two others that came in after I did get helped ahead of me. They wanted $80 for a Hayward part… I found the same part on Amazon for $17…. Rip-off place, I don’t recommend coming here. Internet is way cheaper!
Needed some seals replaced on my water pump since it was leaking. Decided to try Riverside pool supply based on the reviews and wanted to avoid the local chain pool supply store since they charged more for a service call. Had a few scheduling issues, but eventually Nathan came over himself to take a look at my pump. He sent Ethan a couple days later to replace my seals at a very, very reasonable price. I will definitely be using them again.
