Tengo 2 dias sin poder encender la calefaccion por un fuerte olor q sale como algun animal muerto. Eh llamado y eh ido a la oficina y solo dicen q mandaran a alguien y nadie viene. La verdad muy mal servicio de mantenimiento. Solo se la pasan de flojos y no hacen caso al mantenimiento.
Tengamucho cuidado acá dicen que solo pagas agua pero lo gracioso es que no te dicen que un medidor es para toda la unidad osea que a un que no gastes mucha agua pagas el gasto excesivo de otros y por persona en tu unidad se divide por igual los niños en contrato cuentan como adultos y cobran alcantarillado no saben ya que cobrar y el apartamento cuando te lo dan feo feo antes de ver el apartamento real jamás me dijeron que unidad nos darían asta último minuto desayudor arruinado y gabinetes de cosina en malas condiciones pi... read more
Hello living at Riverside Plaza Apartments is wonderful you have the up surrounding of Shopping Centers and bus services available l been living at Riverside Apartments for 24 years now. I would like Kay Mangement to keep up the good work the Mantainace Crew is awesome they get the work done also Renée Shippy she is wonderful and very helpful she is a good Property Manager at RIVERSIDE PLAZA APARTMENTS!
This is my first apartment & it was all good in the beginning! Of course -_- .. i work full time & im BARELY home ! , but 4.5 months later when i wasn’t home for 1-2 weeks .. i came home & found a dead baby mouse laying on my carpet. The rental office don’t really sound like they care when reporting an issue because they MUST be used to it. I asked about rodents etc before moving in like your supposed to & they barely answered me but in a certain way & acted as if its none! .. anyways ..
