Bad place
The building looks nice from a distance but up close railings and doors are broken, hallways are very dark, and my family member had been dealing with roaches coming from other apartments for years that building management hadn't, until recently, done a single thing about. Management does nothing to fix the issues in units, people wait for months to get any work done, months without working stoves or air conditioning in hot weather.
