We adopted our furry family members all around the same time and unfortunately, now they have all reached senior status. We've had to say goodbye to three pets in the last year or so and we're so thankful Riverside has been there for us. They are kind, sensitive, and empathetic. Their empathy is conveyed through every last detail, from the telephone call telling you that "your pet is ready to come home" to the card and poems you receive with your pets ashes. Our kitty Henry was cremated by Riverside and our experience was very good. They were very considerate and even included a thoughtful card and poem. I really appreciate the care they took in handling my family member and the detail they put into presenting his remains.
