Love these guys. One of the more adorable options we've found and our MetLife insurance never has issues
We’ve taken our dogs here, one for when she needed to be fixed and one for an unexpected tail amputation surgery this week with our other dog, and for their vaccines of course. Nothing but kindness and extra care has been showed to our dogs and us. We have worked with 2 different vets here and they have been awesome! The office also reached out and texts and checks how everything is going and always answer texts and questions. Thank you guys for being so sweet to our dogs and us. ❤️
Update: I was contacted by the owner Ian Kolbaba, we had a great conversation. He was very understanding and solution based. It’s a good learning and development moment for some staff. I will be bringing my animals back in to Riverside Pet Care. We really enjoyed this office, however after years of going here the office staff customer service has deteriorated. I had to cancel a post surgery “free” checkup morning of due to an emergency. They kindly said sure where can we send the link to pay $25 fee. “I’m sorry why would I h... read more
Riverside always takes such excellent care of our dogs! All the front desk and medical staff are so patient, kind, and explain everything so well and that our dogs like their own!
I love taking Bruce here, everyone is so helpfull and kind. 10/5 stars!
