I was just disappointed on how much they charge for their care. We had an issue with our dog and they were asking for way too much so I took him to another vet the same day and it was a fourth of the price of what they were going to charge me.
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I had a senior dog that was nearing the end of his life. This dog was a service dog for my special needs child, so he meant extra to us. For whatever reason, our dog was struggling to breathe. I didn't know if it was an issue we could resolve or not, so I took him in for emergency care. The staff were extremely caring and brought a bed out to my car so he didn't have to try and walk in. Unfortunately, by the time we got him back to see the vet, my dog had passed away.
