I don't know how they call themselves a cancer center, I have been going for treatment here for 4 months due to stage 4 cancer. I've had nothing but problems. I have some video's that show the poor quality of their so called cancer care
My partners PCP dropped the ball, and I am so thankful that Riverside & Staff have been there to pick it back up. We have been desperately trying to get a simple iron infusion from his PCP for over 4 months. Riverside was able to get him taken care of within 3 weeks, including getting his insurance approved. They have been *wonderful* from the very beginning, starting with the new patient coordinating team through to their outpatient team. I'd give 10 stars.
