I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent consultation experience at this clinic, Throughout the process, I strongly felt a lack of professional conduct and respect during my visit with doctor A Tomsa. The waiting time was excessively long, and no reasonable explanation was provided. More unacceptably, the doctor displayed clear impatience and perfunctoriness during the consultation, making me feel undervalued and mistreated. Have not have an issue with their billing until our last visit in Pediatric Edgewater in February. Went for self pay sick visit for my little one, asked how much the pay is so I know how much it would be. Paid before going in. At the end of the visit additional strep and flu test were done, asked how much everything would be so I would take care of it. Paid everything before leaving until I get an email saying I owe 98$!.
