0/10 Don’t recommend this place. Had a 10am appointment I checked in at 940am sat for almost an hour after 10am and watched the nurse call everybody back but me. I eventually just walked out.
The staff are so kind, everyone’s welcoming, facility is always clean and they make you feel right at home. The care is top-notch and you can communicate with your health care team very easily! If I could recommend anywhere to receive OB/GYN care I would strongly advocate for the Grafton location!!
From Sadie at the front desk, to the nursing staff, to any and all of the healthcare providers, my husband and I love this place. We have had quite the journey with a high risk pregnancy and I have been so incredibly grateful that this practice has been my team. I had a C-section delivery with Dr Scott , and I am still processing how upsetting the experience was, not because of the medical procedure itself, but because of the lack of humanity during one of the most vulnerable and important moments of my life.
