It was a nice cheap apartment at first and I've lived in this 2 bed 1 bath since 2024. There are a couple main issues I have so here's a small list: 1. They're engaging in predatory pricing, it gets higher and higher every lease. (I started off at $1,650 the first lease then they jumped to $1,696 my next lease. Now they want $1,770 for the next one and I can't afford it anymore so I have to move.) 2. The neighbors don't really know how to pick up their dog poop. 3. I’ve lived in this apartment complex for two years, and my experience has been consistently positive. It’s been an amazing and safe place to live, which is one of the biggest reasons I’ve stayed here. I’ve never had any major complaints, and overall the community has been well-managed and comfortable. One thing I really appreciate is that parking is usually available — I’d say about 8 out of 10 times, I’ve had no trouble finding a spot. Set an appointment. No one showed. Still havnt returned my calls. Dont waste your time.
Only been here a short time, so far my only real complaint is parking. I work from late afternoon to early morning. Every morning when I get home, there's no place to park. I wind up parking in a no parking/tow away zone for several hours (2-4 depending on when I get off work), waiting for a spot to open up. This means I usually don't get the adequate sleep I need to safely perform my job. I am a truck driver. This would mean me falling asleep at the wheel and causing an accident that would more than likely include the death... read more
