Do not recommend. We did a short term lease and the whole experience was not great. The whole complex only has one location for trash at the very front of the property and is very far from most buildings. There is dog poop everywhere. Loud neighbors yelling at their kids. We were not made aware of the lease changing from a lease to month to month at the end so we have to pay an extra 2 weeks of rent. I’ve enjoyed living here, it has its issues that honestly every apartment complex has. Here’s some complaints I have and multiple other residents have: Security: I had my 4Runner ran into by a neighbor, I had my Land Cruiser get its jerry cans stolen off of it and recently I had my Lexus get broken into, window smashed, tools stolen, radar detector stolen. I moved in not to long ago, Sam has been so wonderful! He is extremely helpful, and has quick to help with any concerns or complaints I've had!
Your new "all digital" system app run comminty services are crap. Yall successfully wasted my time and gave me bad information. Effectively you have made your services even less convenient! This isnt directed at the office ladies. This is for whomever pulls the strings and decided this was a "good" idea. Do better. Not everyone is completely dependent on digital services and it should be an option given not required. What a joke.
Massive shoutout to Will this morning for cleaning up the mountain of garbage! Thank you for working so hard to keep our home nice!
