This park is best described as a concrete jungle slammed up against the Hudson River with a lot of roadway around it. It's a great place to hang out if you like overhead ramps onto the highway. There are new cinder block buildings with sanitized storefronts. The neighborhood is wiped clean it looks sterile and has a very cold but clean atmosphere.
