had a leak show up near the parapet wall after a bad storm in April. called two places, one never called back, this one had someone out within the week. turned out to be a gap where the wall meets the roof surface, old sealant had cracked and pulled away over time. resealed the whole edge, not just the spot that was leaking, which I appreciated since it meant not calling again in six months for the next section over. no issues since, roof's been through a couple more storms fine.
