Very unprofessional. The psychiatrist I was assigned to never changed my medication once during the time I was a patient there. I was 2 mins early to a zoom call and they berated me about not “being on time.” You can never get a hold of the receptionists here. You have to call multiple different times to either change or cancel appointments because they don’t follow through with moving the appointments around or canceling. I will be finding another provider.
I wouldn’t recommend going to this place takes long to get a Physc and therapist they change your Physc and therapist frequently if u have mass health/medicare meaning if u ain’t got the money u rarely get the help u need and the therapist there only seem like they care just for the money as u can tell they really have no interest in helping u very off Standish I emailed my old therapist cause she had info that I needed help with from my therapist she ended up blocking my email very weird as I was asking for help that’s how ... read more
Bridget sectioned me for being “manic" during a psych eval- I never expressed or was thought to be a threat to myself or others; and did express not wanting to take medicine, which I thought was a choice. I expressed that I was homeless too and my own parents would not take me in, even temporarily. Bridget sectioning me was a classic stigmatization of a homeless person off their meds; because I got into a fight with my mother in front of the clinician she lables me as “manic”.
