I just picked up my boat from Riverside outboards. I purchased an evinrude etec 90 horsepower. I couldn't be happier. The installation and rigging was done on time at the price quoted. Runs like new and I'm very pleased.
Joel is the most honest, knowledgable, and dedicated to doing the right thing person that I have ever encountered in boating, and maybe anything else. He was not going to let my boat go until he was satisfied that it was ready. I stumbled onto Riverside by accident, and am so happy that I did. Joel constantly kept me informed as to the status of his schedule and the work on the boat. Joel became more than a vendor, he became a friend.
Joel knows what he is doing! We traveled 4 hours to drop our boat off to him. Our boat engine was in rough shape with many issues. He had a wealth of knowledge for us and clearly explained all of our options. Overall amazing customer service, always willing to answer our many questions, fair pricing, finished the job early, promptly returns all emails and calls. I would recommend Riverside Outboards to anyone. Great guy, great service! We are thankful to be enjoying our boat this summer with no worries.
