This was my first year of owning a boat, and I had a lot of questions prior to winterization, Joel was very helpful and patient and answered every question. When it came time to pick up my boat, it looked awesome, all I had to do was back up my truck to the trailer, it was super easy and everything looked perfect. I highly recommend Joel to anybody who needs to store their boat for the winter.
It was totally by good fortune that I ended up a client of Joel Bergeron, proprietor of Riverside Outboards LLC, located in Hooksett NH. I own a pontoon boat which spends its summers on a dammed lake. I don't have a trailer for this boat and have been relying on the services of a boat yard to put my boat into the lake, retrieve it in the fall and then to winterize and store for the winter. Joel is extremely organized and runs a very well-oiled business. He sets expectations carefully regarding booking appointments in advance for drop off and pick for winter storage and it translates into a great customer experience. I dropped it off per our appointment in the fall...a quick process. I picked it up this morning... even quicker.
