I scheduled a week ago to get seen by Dr Bulgarelli on Sept 29th since I am 11 weeks pregnant they decided to cancel the appointment saying she cannot accept March due date. Why call so late? Now I have to call people and check if they have available appointments!
I switched to this practice after my OBGYN retired, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I waited more than an hour past my appointment time with zero communication, zero updates, and zero apology from staff or the doctor. When I finally saw the doctor, she was in and out in about five minutes.
