My sister stayed at Riverside for about 2.5 years. They were always remarkably hard to get ahold of. If they left a message, I would try to call back, but generally no one knew what the call was about. I got a variety of medical bills to my home, although she was a Medicaid patient for whom I had no financial responsibility; she had never lived at my home, so I still don't know why the bills were directed to me. They actually are responsible for my mom’s death. They refused to take her to the hospital even knowing they were responsible for her fall , many times over! I blame myself for now suing all of them!

Be leary of working or living at this particular place. Management is all over the place and leadership makes it almost unbearable to work there. The environment feels nearly hostile. Staffing is always an issue and communication is very poor. I worked there for a very short amount of time, very little proper training is given to anyone. All decisions are left to one queen bee and she has not managed to get this facility off special focus for over 2 years which means state surveyors are finding alot wrong.
