Doctor Butler has been patient and truly cares about his patients and their understanding of their treatment. I feel that I understand the treatment regimen I am on and have a say in what is being done.
Not worth the wait. After my rheumatologist suggested specific testing (POTS) in 2021, I’ve been attempting to see a neurologist for testing. After waiting and waiting I finally received the referral and after 6-8 months, I finally had an appointment here on 06/13. I checked in 30 mins prior, like instructed, and two and a half hours later I approached the receptionist after everyone had been called back, including people who came well after me, and she admitted to never having marked me as having arrived. Dr Kamel Ben-Othmane has an incredible, calm bedside manner. He's a great Dr and the office staff are all kind and considerate.
