I see Dr lloyd he's amazing has helped and continues to try n figure all things to help with my MS Dr. Raja is great to I love my infusionist they are amazing
I had an appt scheduled for an EMG in December. So when they called mid November to schedule me an earlier appointment I was initially very pleased. They wanted me to come in the next day at 10am. I checked in 10 minutes early and was told they would be with me shortly…AN HOUR later I approached the receptionist to ask how much longer it would be she promptly told me that they on average run and hour behind for this procedure!!! They had me fax my referral & records 3 different times over a 3 week period claiming never to have received them only to say they now are too busy and can’t accept the referral. Great way to treat your veterans!
I think the office is peaceful and most of the staff are friendly and accommodating. I do not like having to see different people every visit. Makes building a rapport difficult and challenging.
All was good until today. No one answers phone ! I am trying to get a message to their front desk!
