They never return calls. Tell you they will have someone call tomorrow, but tomorrow never happens. No one is ever available to speak with. The doctor is never available or their nurses to ask questions. HORRIBLE Customer service.
Took off a day of work to come in for an appointment and come to find out they canceled the appointment. No communication at all. Worst service I’ve ever had. Please stay away.
Love this place. They're always friendly and polite and efficient. I recommend this facility to all those who need care especially neurology
I have a client with Multiple Sclerosis and have been trying to schedule an appointment for her doctor for TWO WEEKS. Every time I call to schedule an appointment, regardless of the day/time (I have tried morning/afternoon/any time before 5pm), I will be transferred to this "after-hours" operator when it's not even after hours. They will say they cannot help me or even take a message. I am going to have to find her a new provider if I am not even able to schedule an appointment for her in a matter of TWO WEEKS, calling DAILY... read more
