Terrible. The “office manager” is rude, raises her voice and is dismissive of a person’s health and wellness. Tried to get an accommodation letter, it was riddled with typos multiple times. I gave up. I wouldn’t send anyone here unless they enjoyed being berated. Unprofessional and miserable person to say the least. Take training classes and be kind, you don’t know what news people receive the day you decide to have attitude!

Never had an issue with an establishment like I did with this one. Went for my test told me I needed surgery but they never sent over my results to my doctor's. I called once they don't answer nor return my call. Second time I called they answered told me she was going to fax over my results.. never did. Third time my doctor's office called said they were going to fax over the results that day surprise suprise they never faxed over anything. First time patient. Dr very professional, kind and attentive. Listens to problems and tried to find solutions. Office is clean and welcoming and staff super friendly.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience we had with Dr. Saagar Seth. His office called us beforehand to confirm that we would be attending my mom’s appointment, and we confirmed that we were on our way. We were going to be approximately 7 minutes late, which was still within the 15-minute grace period we were told about. Despite this, Dr. Seth left before my mom’s appointment even though we had confirmed that we were coming and were only going to be a few minutes late. The staff and front desk were very kind during my visit. However, I will say it is difficult to get a hold of the front desk. Unless you get lucky, you have to call multiple times in order to schedule an appointment. Leaving a voicemail doesn’t seem to help much either because they usually don’t call back in my experience😭 while it sucks to have to keep calling I am grateful for everyone’s kindness during my appointment , it really helped me feel comfortable and heard during my appointment🤗 Edit: the only hours I’ve been s... read more
