They try to be kind but they couldn't help my wife in our situation.
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This office is rude, unprofessional, and nearly impossible to get ahold of. Calls go unanswered, and when you do get someone, they take forever to help. My wife was treated with disrespect every step of the way. The moment she stood up for herself, they labeled her “aggressive” and discharged her instead of addressing their own staff’s behavior. This place is such a joke. They never answer the phone & when they finally do they’re so rude. Always changing appt times. Never helpful. Wish I could say something positive about this place but honestly anywhere would be better.
