I’ve been going here for over a year and although the front desk staff is sweet and the residents who have done my Botox have been helpful, they are always short staffed. I’ve had appointments changed last minute and have had horrible migraines due to it. I never really see a resident doctor and have not had any other help figuring out my symptoms and managing my pain
This office has gone downhill terribly. Looking at the other reviews I couldn’t agree more. I have been unable to get my mom an appointment for months to review a scan done back in January! We are about to be in April. They keep canceling our appointment due to “changes in availability”. I have decided to completely leave this clinic and try another place. I suggest others do the same.
This place has got to be some sort of scam. They don’t answer the phone and good luck ever getting to be seen in person. They gave me some doctor over telehealth who had no idea how my medication was even prescribed (neither did I as I was a new patient) she also gave me something that celebrities take “all the time” and it “helps them” turns out it’s just a blood pressure medication and this medication never even got sent to my pharmacy when my appointment was back in January. The staff at this facility was absolutely phenomenal. All the girls are pleasant, attentive, kind and know their job and seems like team effort environment..... Jennifer, the manager went over and beyond. When she made my appointment last year. I would definitely recommend this facility neurologist. To anyone looking for a good solid? Environment and practitioner.
When I first started coming to this place I saw Mary Weir, she was wonderful, she took me off Of some medication and placed me on new medication which helped me a great deal, she made me feel 100% better. Then she moved and left the practice, but she was replaced by Samantha Baltazar, who I grew to love as my new doctor. Samantha then also left to further her education, so that left me with Dr. Ibrahim. Who had done nerve conduction tests on me and he said I had carpal tunnel syndrome and that I should have surgery on this s... read more
