First time patient. Dr very professional, kind and attentive. Listens to problems and tried to find solutions. Office is clean and welcoming and staff super friendly.
I’m extremely disappointed with the experience we had with Dr. Saagar Seth. His office called us beforehand to confirm that we would be attending my mom’s appointment, and we confirmed that we were on our way. We were going to be approximately 7 minutes late, which was still within the 15-minute grace period we were told about. Despite this, Dr. Seth left before my mom’s appointment even though we had confirmed that we were coming and were only going to be a few minutes late. The staff and front desk were very kind during my visit. However, I will say it is difficult to get a hold of the front desk. Unless you get lucky, you have to call multiple times in order to schedule an appointment. Leaving a voicemail doesn’t seem to help much either because they usually don’t call back in my experience😭 while it sucks to have to keep calling I am grateful for everyone’s kindness during my appointment , it really helped me feel comfortable and heard during my appointment🤗 Edit: the only hours I’ve been s... read more
Staff are cool. PA is a bit uncooperative but Doctor is fine
They try to be kind but they couldn't help my wife in our situation.
