I took my father to Riverside Neurology for his first visit today, and we had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff, especially Guadalupe, was incredibly kind and helpful. Another front desk team member assisted us during checkout (I didn’t catch her name), and she was just as welcoming and courteous. The PA was extremely attentive and patient, taking the time to carefully listen to all the information we provided. Don't bother trying to schedule anything with this provider. They run a constant ~3 month backlog for appointments. They have absolutely no interest in trying to maintain availability for cases where time might actually be important. Why should they care? The place is booked out they're cashing checks.

Marry is “an office manager” at riverside neurology. Their entity will not book you a date before they first get to know the type of insurance you have (unethical type practice). scheduling a patient based on the insurance type is a type of unethical practice. (A patient should be treated equally regardless of the type of insurance he or she has) Only After we have told her that the patient has IEHP her appointment is now pushed 5 months out.
