I recently purchased an Audi A1 from Riverside Motors and I couldn’t recommend them enough, they were very patient as I took my time looking round the car and made sure I had a good test drive before I made any decisions. Good family service from Umer who held my hand all the way through the process of buying a car. Very fair with the transaction of part exchange for my new car. Would recommend Riverside as a good car dealer for buying a car. If I could give one star I would. Stay away from this scam dealer. Terrible service once you have purchased your car, does not respond to communication. Miss sold a car and is still yet to provide full service history for it. Provided me with documents for a completely different car. There is a fault with the car and the car and even though it is less than 6 months since purchase he will not meet my consumer rights by completing any repair or refund. Shocking dealership! Stay away!
