The trailer I rented had literal mushrooms growing in the master bathroom. Black mold on the roof. She wanted US to bleach it and that be the fix. She has insane rules for the quality of the park overall. The maintenance was horrible, the roads undrivable, and the homes unlivable. She doesn't care about anything but the money. She buys cheap, banged up homes, slaps some paint on them and calls it good. DON'T RENT FROM HER. It's quite literally a health hazard to do so!
