This place has really turned around the last couple years! Trailers are nice and well kept. The park is extremely quiet at all times. We just moved in over the holiday weekend and at most we hear children playing nicely at the basketball court. Rick and Rose in the office are amazing!! They made our home buying process extremely enjoyable and easier!! So far after only a couple days, I can say we're going to like it here!! I'll update if anything changes!

I lived there with some family for 3 months and I had a job out there the people and the trailer park are both bad places to live everyone in Buchanan treats life like it's high school if you're not born and raised there they will treat you very poorly.
