We recently used Riverside Millwork Group out of Waterloo Ontario to install a cabinet section in a bedroom we were renovating for our grandchildren. The communication was great throughout with Zhenyu and the installation went very well. Garo was the installer and was very proud at the end to show us his handiwork. He did a great job. All in one day. Pricing was fair and the quality was very satisfactory. We highly recommend Riverside Millwork Group for any cabinet/closet work you need done.
Delivered broken crown and trim, doors improperly measured to swing wrong directions. I requested all trim to be poplar and they put order through for MDF. I said I would call when ready for delivery and they randomly decided when they would deliver, unexpectedly. Very poorly managed company. Overall, not satisfied at all. Not using Riverside again and don't recommend them.
