Do not let your loved ones stay at Riverside Miller‘s rehabilitation center. My dad was there several years ago. He took a bad fall and Miller’s ignored it. He also was dehydrated and never fed his food when it was delivered to him. We took him to ER at Riverside. They took pictures of his bruises from his fall. When I hired an attorney, all the records somehow disappeared. My mother, unfortunately had to go to the facility. Riverside Miller rehab facility has been awful. Lack of basic training. Didn’t put bed railings up after patient is put in bed. Dropped patient, but did not document fall. Patient waited 5 days before X-ray . Didn’t serve patient breakfast. Served patient lunch, didn’t push table near the patient so the whole food tray fell on top of patient. Patient was dehydrated, and put on iv’s. Did not document this, instead documented that patient did physical therapy. Physical Therapy missed at least 2 days of treating patient. ... read more
