Came in with severe back pain (lower right side) described as a dull ache with occasional intense shooting pain and a raised red rash on my right leg (same side as the back pain). Dr Yamarick diagnosed me with “acute back pain” and “rash and nonspecific skin eruption”. I continued to have severe pain and the rash grew.
