If I could rate lower I would. Doctor yalamanchili listened to absolutely nothing. My wife expressed concerns for specific pain and issues she was having during pregnancy. We called back to talk about concerns we brought up during an appointment and was told no notes were taken during the appointment so nothing can be done. Wait times are way past appointment times. I was seeing doctor Zelda and these clowns won't let me switch doctors! I've had a very traumatic experience with doctor Zelda and they won't do anything about it or even give me a new doctor. Not to mention... THEY WONT EVEN LET YOU SWITCH DOCTORS!!! Makes no sense!.... Then I complained to patient advocacy countless time and all I get is a damn apology!
Not comfortable with the doctor I saw last year. I make an appointment with another one in same office and they canceled it on me. Said I had to stay with same dr even though I feel uncomfortable with her or go elsewhere! Wow, let's not take patients feelings into affect! Totally unfair and guess I will be moving on!!!
The most despicable people. Actively having a miscarriage, the er said I NEED to see ANY OB today bc my baby died 3 weeks ago and her response was ‘your appointment is Thursday I’m not moving it’
Made an appt 6 weeks ago for my daughter's first gynecological visit. Called the facility yesterday morning to confirm time and was told 1:30 pm. My daughter and I arrive and there is a note on the door stating that location is closed (first I've heard this). Call and was told that they had left a message to reschedule my daughter's appt. No, they did not. My time and my daughter's time is as valuable as anyone else's! Extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this unprofessional, unapologetic medical facility!
