You can’t get a hold of anyone! You wait on hold for hours. Not only do you go in for a physical and you are there for 5 plus hours. It’s sad. They need to do better.
If I could give it zero stars I would. It is very hard to get a hold of them. Your call goes to a call center and then you have to hope it goes to the doctor. I have been waiting on medication since Nov 8th and now since they did not do their job, I got screwed since they are now closed. I've written 3 emails, and called twice over the last almost month. They are very incompetent. Its no wonder they closed.
