Dr EDWARD Krisiloff was very knowledgeable and after reviewing my medical issues advised me what I needed to do to assist me with my medical problems I was very pleased with he and his staff
I had an 11:15 appointment. I arrived at10:45. Did not get seen till almost 1pm. Was placed in a room and forgotten. They overbooked and it was after 1:15. Got my copay refunded and on my way out, they asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I don't think so!!
This office is the worst. They spend to much time talking to each other instead of attending their patients. I had a 4:30 appointment and saw the doctor at 6 pm. I spent 1 1/2 hours in the patient room when it should have been a 15 minute appointment. They told me the office closes at 5 and advised me to arrive earlier then my scheduled time. I arrive at exactly 4:30 and waiting too long to see the doctor. I rushed out of work to arrive on time for nothing because they closed after 6. Very unprofessional and disorganized. No... read more
I find this place thoroughly unprofessional and really not transparent. they initially tell that your insurance cover this treatment and later send you the bill. So be very careful if you visit this place. i felt kind of cheated in this place
