This facility is one of the worst places to get medical care. I've never had a worse experience than dealing with the staff at Riverside. They absolutely never answer the phone and you sit on hold for over 20 minutes just to get disconnected. The front desk staff people are extremely rude and dismissive. The doctors there don't appear to care about your diagnosis and continuously treat patients as if they are drug seeking criminals when you are just looking for help.
