Dr.Yap and the whole team there have been nothing but awesome. Everyone is very concerned with my health needs .and very caring.
I went to this facility and was not informed that I would have to pay for additional services that are usually included in the visit. I was not told I would be charged $115 just for them to look at my Glucose Monitor! All the information is calculated by the device. Prior text notifications were sent for me to bring my device. I had no idea, and the person that took my device never told me what she was doing or that there would be an additional cost. Had I known that I would have refused this service. Dr Behzidpour is awesome. She took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. She seems like she truly cares and checks for everything before making a diagnosis.
Having weight gain.never suggested hormone or thyroid testing. Immediately wanted to put me on Ozempic or similar drug. I'm not diabetic. Told Me to call my insurance to find out which ones they cover No help to me.
