The new digital check in is horrible. I tried over and over to scan my barcode, it didn't work. I told the person at the desk, no help. I then had to manually enter my data. During all of this the system keeps timing out. So the new check in procedure takes twice as long and the people are not helpful since it is not their job anymore. Riverside does as much as possible to not take care of you.
Incredibly difficult to reach anyone on the phone in this location. Can only leave messages and hope someone will return your call.

Nothing but praise for the Specialties. They were able to detect an early Stroke early and got me proper treatment needed to prevent further dsmage.
