If I could leave zero stars, I most definitely would. Not only is this office extremely unprofessional and unorganized, but the front desk of this office is extremely rude and disrespectful. I needed paperwork to be filled out at this office and called on Wednesday to explain the forms and request an appointment time because they believed that an on-record physical that was still up-to-date would suffice. Uuuughhhh I found a good place ! First of the 3 young ladies at the front were fantastic ! Very polite and sweet and beautiful! Then we met the DR Valdivieso ! The BEST doctor for kids for sure ! She’s young, beautiful, woke, she’s AMAZING ! Great place for sure, very clean as well. Ohh and the lab ladies were great as well ! Thank you 🥰

Horrible experience there...called twice to get my daughter seen with a high fever and ear pain and was told they didn't have any openings for 3 days. The past 2 times I was there we waiting in the waiting room for an hour before getting into a room where we waited another 45min to be seen.
