Learn from my experience: I used the Dermatology dept. of this multi-specialty practice. The Dr. is very nice and good as far as beside manner - Dr. Laureano. But from an office management and follow up perspective - avoid this practice at all costs! Impossible to reach this dept.or the Dr. because the phone goes to a pediatric practice after 3:30pm. I have been using this hospital for my children for nearly two years. The staff and facility maintenance are satisfactory. The diagnosis and treatment provided are of good quality. Additionally, I frequently use Optum MyChart to schedule appointments, and I usually get the next available appointment within a day. However, sometimes there is a longer wait.
Worst service ever!
DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE...I have been waiting 10 days, calling daily, for ONE FORM to be stamped. They do not have respect for your time, or value for you as a patient. The call center will tell you DAILY that an office manager will get back to you, that your issue will be escalated, but NOTHING is ever done. They hold your medical records hostage, they are inconsiderate and simply inefficient. I've never had such a terrible experience ANYWHERE let alone a doctors office. Very disappointed… frustrated, appointment was booked for 1:30pm is 3:24 and still the dr doesn’t show up.so ridiculous..My daughter fiscal form left August 20 to be filled, just getting today …so my daughter is out of soccer practice.
