Only reason I continue to use this office is because of Dr Monga. Everyone else is unprofessional. You leave messages you get no response and when you callback they say they did call you back but there are no missed calls or messages. And not to mention how they over book appointments
This is a very incompetent team. I waited 45mins to speak to someone regarding an adverse reaction my kid was having to a vaccine administered. Had to call a second time only to be told that someone from the doctor’s will return my call. Received a call from the Adult medicine team, hours later, only to be told my kid was not her patient and she’ll refer the matter to the pediatric team. Omg!!!! If I could leave zero stars, I most definitely would. Not only is this office extremely unprofessional and unorganized, but the front desk of this office is extremely rude and disrespectful. I needed paperwork to be filled out at this office and called on Wednesday to explain the forms and request an appointment time because they believed that an on-record physical that was still up-to-date would suffice. Uuuughhhh I found a good place ! First of the 3 young ladies at the front were fantastic ! Very polite and sweet and beautiful! Then we met the DR Valdivieso ! The BEST doctor for kids for sure ! She’s young, beautiful, woke, she’s AMAZING ! Great place for sure, very clean as well. Ohh and the lab ladies were great as well ! Thank you 🥰
