All the doctors quit for good reason. Staff is unorganized and rude.
We’ve just learned that the medical professional my wife and I have been seeing for 12 years is leaving. Instead of trying to help us find another doctor, we received an email and text saying that this Riverside facility is dropping us and we have to go and find another doctor ourselves at another facility. What wonderful service!
I began taking my sister to this practice a year ago.....thinking she would have a primary care doctor. She cannot speak from a stroke. She has seen a different doctor every time she had gone. They have screwed up 2 of her prescriptions with the last doctor. I have called several times to rectify the problem to no avail. So I made an appt to take her in and get it straight. Went here for years to Dr. Weixler who retired. Took my mom to the stand in Dr. Who took my 88 yr old mom off Ativan she’s been on at least 30 years. COLD TURKEY. When I expressed the dangers of this she told me she appreciated my “reading” on the web but she preferred her education better. She even drug tested my mother. Why? What did she think she was doing? coke? Selling her meds? What?
