I have nothing against the nurses and doctors at this location but their billing department is awful and I strongly recommend avoiding them for that reason.
They speak in nasty tones to their pts, the front staff and clinical team do not treat every patient in the same ways as Riverside states they should. Takes them 1-2 weeks to respond to a MyChart message and phone calls. Unprofessional and needs to be evaluated by Riverside’s management.
