They speak in nasty tones to their pts, the front staff and clinical team do not treat every patient in the same ways as Riverside states they should. Takes them 1-2 weeks to respond to a MyChart message and phone calls. Unprofessional and needs to be evaluated by Riverside’s management.
They cancel appointments on 89 year old seniors w/Dementia that just need their medications. It was a Friday appointment so I know why they cancelled on him!!! This is the 3rd bad experience I've had w/Riverside doctors in Yorktown specifically. I'll NEVER take anyone in my family to one of their facilities ever again. I suggest you all do the same if you are smart.
Not accepting new Medicaid patients. 🤷🏼♂️
